Bolin Steger is a Central Texas custom home building company that builds truly one of a kind, special homes. For 40 years our family has been involved in the homebuilding industry. We have helped others find land, buy and sell homes, build, decorate, and remodel. In 2005 our focus changed. We saw that the industry became more about numbers and less about people. Since then, our drive has been to build your new home around your ideas because we recognize that everyone is unique.

We will guide you through the entire process from design and budgeting, through construction and finally to move-in. We will build your dream home with the features that fit your lifestyle and interest. Unlike the big corporate builders, we know that this isn’t about us. This home is all about you.

who we are

  • Mike

    Mike started his career in home building in 1980. As the cliche goes, he started from the bottom in the industry and worked his way up to be the Division President of a major national production builder. Over the course of his career he has built single and multi- family homes, developed land, and constructed light commercial buildings.

  • Jeff

    Jeff started in corporate homebuilding shortly after graduating from Texas A&M University. After working in both sales and construction he is now responsible for the day to day operations of Bolin Steger. He is always available to help answer any questions or concerns that come up regarding the building process.

  • Kristin

    Kristin fell in love with the building and design process when Bolin Steger built her dream home. She joined our team to help guide clients through the creative process. She enjoys helping families and couples bring their own ideas and concepts into reality.
