Where is your build site? Are you on land? Are you building in a neighborhood? Before we start we identify exactly where your new home is going and which direction it will face. Bolin Steger takes all of the natural elements of your buildsite and incorporates those factors into the design of your home using the best possible techniques. That includes facing your home away from the evening sun, capturing the prevailing winds to cool your patio, and boring a sample of earth from your build location to be tested by a certified engineer. We then use that soils report to engineer your slab.
Construction
From the wild beginning of pouring the slab until the final cleaning, this is the process everyone enjoys stressing about! During construction we want to ensure that this is a team process, and with your help your new home will slowly take shape and you will finally be able to walk through your concepts and plans. Every step of the way Bolin Steger will be there to guide you through this transition from turning over fresh dirt to moving in.
